Motor Measurement Forms

Use one of these forms to record the motor measurements:

FORM A: For motors with shaft step extending beyond the end bell
FORM B: For motors with a recessed shaft step (step is within the end bell)
FORM C: For motors with a counterbore

It is important to have precise motor measurements to manufacture the AEGIS™ Severe Duty SGR. These parts are custom and cannot be returned for incorrect measurements. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at 1-866-738-1857.
